• Band uniforms
• Bulk order items
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, customers must contact Band Master via phone or email with order details and clear images of the damaged or defective product.
• Once the return request is approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank policies.

5. Replacement Policy

• In case of damaged or defective products, Band Master may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
• Replacement timelines will be communicated after return approval.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs may be covered by Band Master in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.
• In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation vs Return

• Orders cancelled before dispatch are handled under the Cancellation Policy.
• Returns apply only after delivery of the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

Band Master’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Band Master reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
